MyArkit accounts were created to last for generations. After an account holder’s death, their story and legacy lives on through their executor and future generations. The account changes into a memorial account where people can leave condolences and share memories of the deceased. Just like Lifetime accounts, Memorial accounts can be shared with friends and family.
Memories uploaded to MyArkit are saved in AWS secure cloud storage. As MyArkit grows and matures, the best storage technology will be evaluated and MyArkit will be upgraded. The next phase will be AWS Glacier Storage. After that, accounts will be backed up with a 2nd party storage like Iron Mountain. Eventually, lifetime accounts will become more dormant and cold storage will be utilized, such as Iron Mountain’s Blue Ray Archival.
